Products purchased as a kit

When purchasing a kit the warranty applies to each part in the kit separately.

Warranty periods: 12-month warranty for every maker around the globe

The warranty above does not include repair service or shipping cost for our factory-grade services, please do notice.

This warranty is voided by:

  • Any damages caused by improper assembly of the product.
  • Any damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or operation of the printer.
  • Any damage caused by long-term lack of maintenance.
  • Using the product in improper conditions (temperature, dustiness, liquid, etc...).
  • Any damage due to external factors such as car crashes, earthquakes, etc...

The warranty on motor is also voided by:

  • Disassembling the stepper motor
  • Using a different rated current

How to handle a warranty case

Any warranty case request must be submitted to our official email(info@prorifi3d.com) with the subject starting with [Warranty Request], and the documentation needed for a warranty case are:

  1. The number of the original invoice containing the product and the product's serial number.
  2. A brief description of the problem along with clear evidence of its presence is attached in the email. (Clear Photo or videos etc.) The more detail the better.

Limited warranty on consumables

Over time some parts will inevitably lose their functionality as all things would. For these parts, specific conditions apply, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or production. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear.

  • Zip tiles for upgrades
  • Screws and nuts
  • Ball-bearing

In case we have provided a free replacement part, the warranty does not reset. The original warranty period still applies.

If you have sent a product back to us for repair, the warranty duration will be "paused" during the time it leaves you and returned to you again after being repaired. (Shipping information and tracking number is needed for us to verify, please send the necessary information via email at info@prorifi3d.com)
